I had high hopes that someone smarter than all of us would make an actual case, showing the numbers versus the actual crimes and get things going with just how dumb the short barrel part of the NFA was.
You mean just how many times the ATF flipflopped making braces legal to shoulder before? Or that what they are proposing on braces is against the ADA. Or how they withdrew another new rule filing on braces before this current Biden circus. Or I only know of one mass shooting that was done with a pistol using a brace. Or how this is a direct violation of Heller vs DC due to braces being in common usage. Or the large usage of braces makes the NFA SBR calcification invalid.
