As much as the last 7 months have been an utter sh!tshow, I don’t think the Dems are going to have him step aside. They know he sucks. They know he’s senile. Otherwise, why no questions at press conferences? Why the lack of visibility? My guess is that he lasts to the end of the term. They’ll be prepping Kamala here soon to step up and be the leading candidate in ‘24 against a very small field of weak ass candidates. Joe won’t run again. He’ll “need some time for his family”, etc. Basically a “Thanks Joe, but we got it from here”. He will get worse, but I don’t see them wanting to pull the plug on him. In another 18 months, campaigning will start, and he’ll be practically invisible from that point on.

Joe isn’t going to buck the puppet-masters so there isn’t a reason not to keep him in there as the fall guy for all of the messes to come. If they pull him then they waste the “elect the first female president” feel-good votes the next time around. They also connect her directly to what is inevitably going to be a disastrous 4 years. They’ll publicize some alleged behind-the-scenes conflicts between Joe and the Hoe where the Hoe had ideas that would have averted some COVID, foreign, or economic disasters that weren’t considered because she’s a female in a misogynistic system to clean her up in time for the election.
