What is a very good quality sealant (preferably clear, but black would be ok) to seal exposed nail heads on a roof?

I’ve used Henry’s 208 wet patch sealer to seal spots on a metal shed roofing, joints between concrete and wood, and spot patches on roofing emulsion. It’s black and has been holding up great but only for 6 months. Not sure about long term.

I have never used or seen any clear sealant that stays clear.
After awhile they all turn yellowish and look like crap , especially when exposed to the elements.
I never use clear sealant unless it is specifically called for.

I recommend my daughter's make up. She gets that stuff on the counter and you have to jackhammer that shit off

when u smear it on good and get all ur seams sealed up- slap it to test you adhesiveness- if it comes up u need to use more pressure-
i roofed most of my youth- henrys cutback is best

Owned(past tense) a roofing company for 9 years, yes Henry's but, a better question is why are there exposed nails, where are they on the roof field, flashing, field on shingle roof, do you have leaks and assuming they are from the exposed nails? Only reason I ask is you could have bigger issues than a 5 gal bucket of Henry's can fix.
