Is it wrong that I read these stories and go "whew .. he didnt use a gun"

I mean .. a dude was still killed so I feel kinda guilty.

Don't leave home without it!

I wonder if he used one of those assault bats that look scary or just a regular bat.

Yes. If a gun was used we all know that the left wing media would be demanding more anti-gun laws.

It looks like this was not the first time that Simmons was arrested for a crime involving violence.

Court filings also stated that Simmons was earlier convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in 2001, although specifics of that case were not immediately available.

Maybe this will curb their woke hiring practices a bit.

Won’t change a thing, corporate is all in on DEI, and a large group of the ‘tards that work there totally believe in it.

Looks like the guy (attacker) had a prior felony arrest for aggravated assault...which meant prison time. The attack happened in the cafeteria. Maybe the victim tried/took some of this dudes food....that gets you beat to death in prison.

Don't touch another dudes pudding cup. FAAFO.

Think about it. The criminal will get convicted, serve his time, then eventually get released. After that, he will be unable to possess a gun (legally). However, he will still be able to possess baseball bats, hatchets, and knives.
