If the facts are as stated, it looks like Dick's played all the last minute corporate spending tricks to barely satisfy their obligations; bastards trying to take the 30 day discount well after the 30 days.

Almost every Field and Stream I pass has a parking lot full of cars. I am not sure if people just do not care or if they are unaware of the nasty practices this outfit has done over the years?

With all the shenanigans by dicks sports over the last decade or so, they have been dead to me for a while now.

The Dicks in my town you barely see a car or truck in their parking lot. I'd be happy to see them close.

It would be satisfying to see DIck's lose, but the suit is "only" 5mil. That is hardly a blip in their gross. They did 7+bil in 2016. I wouldn't notice if less than .1% of the change in my wallet were gone.
