If you move to another country, would you expect everyone to learn English so they can speak to you? Of course not...we are the only country that bends over backwards to accommodate everyone else. Go on, go to Russia and demand they print or say everything in English for you. You'll get laughed (and bounced) right out of there. Personally, I think if you can't understand or say phrases like 'Don't shoot, he's the bad guy, not me' or 'Stop, don't come any closer', 'Get off my lawn', etc...you probably shouldn't be carrying a gun...you absolutely NEED to have an understanding of what's going on around you. Not having a fundamental understanding of the English Language can create a dangerous, even deadly situation for anyone carrying a firearm.

Some years ago my wife and her 12-yr-old son got off the plane at LAX and they knew two words between them: 'Hello' and 'Thank you'. They both immediately enrolled in ESL classes. They both became U.S. Citizens. He recently graduated from ASU with Honors and a BA in Electrical Engineering and she is finishing up her degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. These are the kind of people you WANT here in America. They moved here to BECOME Americans. I turn on the tv and listen to politicians crying about creating a pathway to citizenship and how broken the immigration system is. BS. Pathway to Citizenship? It's called an N400, Application for Naturalization, anyone can pick up a pen and fill it out. You can even get the fee waived if you don't have enough money. Nothing wrong with our immigration system, we just need to enforce it. The ones that DON'T WANT to learn the language or make a contribution, or become AMERICANS, need to GTFOutta here, they're nothing but a drain on the rest of us. That's not 'hate'...that's common sense.

I am dismayed how many of you here seem to equate extending education materials in another language as somehow advocating against cultural integration. Dammit,...the whole point of this conversation is about seeking to show new Americans the value of preserving traditional American values.

Do you think our enemies don't bother making sure they talk to them firstest and mostest?

Hmmm, maye they do,... but they obviously aren't winning the propaganda war, since EVERYONE in the WORLD wants to immigrate to the USofA!!!

Annnd,.... immigrants that want to believe them,... can go live in their country,... pretty simple !

First you write the laws in Spanish. Then, of course, all the gun manufactures will have to include manuals in Spanish. And lets not forget, all the FFL's will need to have the legal documents in Spanish.
How about, "if you don't speak English, you don't get a fu$king gun. Jesus, how hard is it?
They already have Spanish 4473s, there's a stack of them at my work, but I see this thread has already taken a bit of a turn.

My mother was an immigrant that NEEDED to learn English, to feel like a true US citizen! She was self taught to speak English, without the slightest accent,... and, never had a moment of feeling hated while doing so!

But,... VICTIM MENTALITY was never part of my mother's reality!!!

The PC days, of minorities winning without a valid reason,... are numbered, imo!

ENOUGH,... is,... ENOUGH!!!
