Why is is such an INSANE thought that Biden won AZ? With all the tens of thousands of people moving to AZ from CA over the past 4 years, I'm sure some, if not most, of them voted for Biden.

People do move out of AZ as well...and people die. I also don't know the population threshold to gain or lose a congressional seat. I read the district in NY that lost a seat only needed 96 more people living there to keep it, so there is a magic number.
There is easily a scenario where enough republicans move or die (AZ does have one of the highest populations of retirees, i.e. old people) and enough CA residents move here to take their place. It's not impossible.

When inspectors received the boxes of ballots where the audit was being performed, the tamper-proof tape was cut on the boxes and the number of ballots inside the boxes was not the same as what was reported by the County reporter, and what was turned over to the Senate don’t line up.
A week before the machines were turned over, records were deleted by an administrator—this has to be treated as an act of intentional cover-up!
The Maricopa Arizona Audit team has also tweeted about the breaking bombshell:
Breaking Update: Maricopa County deleted a directory full of election databases from the 2020 election cycle days before the election equipment was delivered to the audit. This is spoliation of evidence!

The same people who were looking at the ballots for bamboo, QAnon watermarks, and have no experience conducting election audits are now outraged when they’re not trusted with full access to the voting machines? The more I find out about the “audit” the more I think there was actually fraud and they went out and hired the biggest morons they could find to ensure the fraud would never be discovered. This is nothing but a big dog and pony show and you all are being duped. “Trust the plan.”
