ATTENTION ALL PRICE GOUGERS

I love it when people fail to prepare then blame others for their problems, followed by threatening their lives.

Full disclosure: In spite of the fact that I didn't fail to prepare, I'm not selling components or ammo.

coming to MY house...better bring a few friends and have your will already drawn up

Speaking of derp. Narcissist bs, not on my ignore list. Lol. Is anyone left?

I hope I get a check mark by my name.

The post linked to is from MO but sounds familiar.

Then there's someone like me. I've been working in Germany for almost 6 years. Going back to the states this year and wanted to get into reloading. It's not the prices that are bothering me, it's the complete lack of reloading equipment and components!

That said, I don't blame anybody (manufacturers or customers). I blame myself for not having gotten into all this years and years ago. Nobody to blame but myself.

At least when they come after you "when it's wrol" they won't be well-armed because of all the price gouging.

Nah, had you been into reloading for decades, you might be embittered. To see something that was once educational, economical, and satisfying, turn into an expensive and frustrating endeavor is a real drag.

The only people I feel for are the 18 year old kids who never had the chance to prep. Everyone else is just bitching because they had their heads in the sand. Now they want you to sell YOUR stuff to them at under market value.

That hasn't happened to me at all. I started when I was 9 years old because my Dad forced me to and have been doing it ever since.

Now when I make .223 for 11¢/round or 9MM for around the same, I get a big smile and love it.

It's still a ton cheaper than buying commercial ammo if you had foresight and bought components cheap and stacked them deep.

It means fallacy.
Or Google it like the first guy did and it clearly tells you what you are looking for.
And I'm positive I'm on your ignore list but maybe someone will quote me that gets a kick out of a dumb response for a dumb question😂

I would love to say that my lack of foresight was only because I have been out of the country for 6 years, but the fact is that I had no interest in reloading because I had massive stacks of new bought ammo before I left. Financial drama caused me to offload not only ammo, but the vast majority of my firearms at prices that definitely benefited the members of this board LOL.

I loved sitting on my big piles of ammo and laughing at those who were coming up short last time. Now I'm more understanding of those who are in my boat.

But griping about the market economy pushing the prices up is still silly. Not that some of the prices aren't absolutely ridiculous even given the current situation, but still.

folks on the old board made fun of me for buying everything in sight, guns/ammo etc...but nobody is laughing now.

when I had a little spare change, I bought alot of random items "for a rainy day". Hell, it's pouring now, and I am glad I bought everything that I did.

I never made fun of you - I was just always annoyed that you beat me to the punch on soooo many deals.
