I have no argument with any of the criticisms of this new policy. Calling people names will hardly convince someone to your point of view but some of us have to consider the price of noncompliance. Like it or not your choice will be register your brace equipped AR, dump the brace, or keep the gun and become an instant felon if you get caught with it. And we all know the ATF is dying to make examples of anyone they catch. I don’t personally think the ATF has the authority to make this change but I also don’t have the resources to fight it once I have been arrested for noncompliance. If someone here is willing to sacrifice themselves I will be happy to contribute to your defense fund.

Can you possibly comprehend what our founding fathers wagered in going against the Crown? They put EVERYTHING THEY AND THEIR FAMILIES HAD on the line for their convictions, and it wasn't for a couple 3, 4 years. It began in 1763 and finally concluded in 1789 - 26 YEARS... Many of them died or at best, lost everything by adhering to their principles.

^^^ AND to add to what Tony just said, the AR that you bought from a private seller will now be in YOUR name in the NFA registry.

this is almost a way for the ATF to have a firearm registry without using the verbiage of registry...is everyone starting to get it???

How many complied with this and still have the guns? Anyone who bought a brace online with a card will be visit3ed at some point if it goes through. I bet if you bought a barrel less than 16" you will also get a visit.

My bet is that they register every one of them and maybe some time in the future they may come for them but then again we know some day they will come for all of them and I will be gone from here before that happens. BS? I can't agree with this. If I have a SBR, it's configured as a SBR - - including other features not allowed on a braced pistol.
Besides, ATF has been asked numerous times regarding them, and numerous times approved them. We all know what the BS really is.

The bullpup StribogA3 conversion lower. Not a stock, not a brace, just a repositioning of the grip.

No doubt all sorts of other PCCs are now going to start engineering models like these to satisfy the demand for short and handy shoulderable PDWs.

Schumer is just going to schit himself over this evolution. :dance:
