I used to teach that specific evolution, wow, so many WTF moments in such a short video.
2 guys in the fatal funnel right off the bat then 3 guys doing the same?
Crowding a room?
Double or triple taps are good, anchor the f*** if needed, but that ammo expenditure?
No rear guard “CYA”?

I can forgive muzzle sweeps in that situation, it happens, but enough lack of awareness you walk into one?

Those guys would be recycled, and command would have a lot to answer for.
