Since when did Armslist begin with this Upgrade deal.I saw an add that I had a technical question for the seller but you cant contact seller unless you upgrade.Is there any other way to contact a seller on Armslist.

Yeah, unfortunately not everyone advertising on there has caught on to that yet.
