Just remember a court recently ruled that you claiming your 5th amendment right against self-incrimination when speaking to law enforcement can be used in a criminal trial to prejudice a judge or jury. It's OK in court, and a judge will explain that to the jury who just got prejudiced by you stating it in court. So they all but neutered the 5th amendment.

A much better method is to say "my attorney told me to never talk to law enforcement without him present, I am following his advice."

I'm just curious how they knew he bought any FRTs. Intimidating a licensee to volunteer their customer list.

Everybody thinks this is something new but the FCC attempted to intimidate AT&T when AT&T said they were going to break out their bill to all the individual charges. The courts stepped in, AT&T did it, and we learned that we were still paying excise tax for the Spanis American war.

Our government is thoroughly corrupt, not just ATF and DOJ but the entire alphabet.

What I think is most critical is how the entire Congressional and Judicial Branches deal with this type of behavior en masse. Federal agents harassing and attempting entrapment of citizens, violating their oaths, should bring hard prison time up and down the ladder.

When they shut down an FRT manufacturer they get access to the customer shipping list, not to mention credit card receipts. I don't think any sort of federal NFA type of license is needed to make replacement triggers.

FRT's still showing up on the "forfeiture" list. The last list I looked at was from February so still a hot item for them. Along with Glock machine guns (Glock switches?) Someone in AZ had a bunch seized.

What's next? SBRs (or pistols with braces.) There are two EVO Scorpion pistols in the list. Confiscated from Lainey Graff in Hammond, IN. Search on her name and you get a result that says SBR and she's in custody. Unfortunately both links are behind paywalls so no details. If more of these start appearing in the list......

The dogs better not be running free. The ATF will shoot them like they shot Randy Weaver's dog at Ruby Ridge. Hell, even if the dog is tied up the ATF goons will probably shoot it.

The ATF guy says something like "he's on a list of devices he purchased, mumble, mumble." Not that the twitter poster isn't correct about a search argument leading to this visit but the ATF think they're there because the son of the guy answering the door purchased something, not just because he searched on something.

In the ATF forfeiture report FRTs of various makes have been showing up for many months. They're definitely making an effort to collect them. If you bought one mail-order or from a shop with a credit card it's probably only a matter of time.

There are a large number in the current list. Sometimes by brand, sometimes just by the designation "forced/hard reset" and sometimes just as "machine gun conversion kit"(although that might be something else like a lightning link cards or a bump stock although there's no bump-anything in the list.). Some Glock "machine gun conversion kits" too.

There are some "3-D printed Swift Link Machinegun Conversion Kits" in the list. Wonder how you come to the attention of the ATF for these unless they do have access to logs from whatever servers have the 3-D definition files or you bragged about them or tried to sell them online.
