You know,...for these people to fully appreciate how much professional restraint and minimal violence was used on them,...they really need to experience some old school thumping in the dark recesses of the booking area like they used to do it. Resisting arrest and assault on an officer used to ALWAYS result enthusiastic retribution. I'm not saying that was proper;...but sometimes a reminder might be in order.
