Who can't reasonably hold the gun in one hand? What does it matter if it looks like a stock if it allows for single arm firing?
If you're going to make rules, at least put hard and fast rules of determination.
Oh, and you would need to be an idiot to register anything for free with the feds before we know what our Fraud in Chief is going to do.
So...all those other people who are on form 1's are they idiots too? I'm not trying to grief you or argue but I want to see all angles here.

If you voluntarily submit and pay for a form 1 or 4 for an item that was already on the NFA list, that’s fine.
To voluntarily submit a form for something just because the ATF just now decided you need to because they suddenly changed their mind is foolish.
It’s nothing more than a registration scam, and one they expect people to do because the tax stamp fee will be waived.
To me the biggest red light is that it’s “free”, yeah right, if they knew they were not going to lose in court they’d be charging you for the privilege to register your pistols.
This is just a scam and trial run to try to get people to put themselves on a list, and see how many will voluntarily comply.
Registration is confiscation, if they think they had enough compliance from people, the next step will be to further tighten their flexible interpretation of the criteria, until they get to the point the final mandate will be that you have to turn them in.
And for those of you that are too scared to not comply, then go ahead and sell your souls for a free stamp, or better yet just take it apart and sell or get rid of the offending parts.

Okay, molon labe yo. I did something too, better then dem cucks that won't put their asses on the line and die so I won't have to be in danger, dawgs.

As to me, I’m 63, retired, my youngest is 40 with 3 kids, and I have little to no care for where my life takes me.
I’m at the point that it’s either fight for a righteous cause, or wait for old age to take me.
My skills are still sharp, my mind is still clear, and my anger is focused.
I’d rather resist than submit.
As to you and yours, I can’t say, it’s one of, if not the most personal choices you’ll ever make.
Do you fight or not, is your children’s future in a free republic worth more than your paycheck?
I have 9 grandkids, and if I can free them from the shackles of what’s coming, I will Rest In Peace.
Okay, molon labe yo. I did something too, better then dem cucks that won't put their asses on the line and die so I won't have to be in danger, dawgs.
