I don't know that Arizona is screwed yet, but it definitely will be if we continue to sit by and assume the people who are elected will protect our rights or that the children being educated in our schools will learn what it means to be an American. If we keep doing those things then we are screwed.

in 1968 when they passed the Gun Control Act, I was just out of high school and I distinctly remember thinking " Man, we gun owners are screwed, this will get worse as time goes on'... see what has happened since... Vern?
IMO, it's way too late to do anything other than wait for the balloon to go up... and hope you make it out the other end.

Yeah I just want peace and to be left alone. My guns will stay in their safe and will punch paper or steel my whole life.

I don't think these surges of gun buying is just so people can turn them in. Any new bans will create a black market where there will be no regard for laws. This will make prohibition look like a tea party.
