Given that less than 1% of Arizona gun owners are, this is a fair question.

And if not... why not? Please... if there's something that you see missing or wrong, say something!

Same as the above guys. I've paid for a handful of people to join, hopefully they continued the membership on their own.

No, and it has nothing to do with supporting the 2nd Amendment or not.

My experience with the NRA, GOA and AZ-CDL, etc. is it's all a waste of money and time. They bombard you with advertising and begging for money, all while not really doing anything that actually makes a difference in protecting or advancing our rights.

They're either too small to do anything that matters, or they're too big and join the rest of the greedy corrupt for-profits.

Maybe I'm pessimistic and things have changed, but that's been my experience.

Let the crucifixion begin...

Ok, Life member here.
I will start. Tactical Plinker,
don't bitch about Arizona gun laws then. Just appreciate what we are getting accomplished, and your free ride. We only concern ourselves with ARIZONA LAWS. The only time that I know of for donations is membership and raffles.
SAF, NRA and GOA try to change Federal laws.

There's a lot of truth in what you say, but not with respect to the AzCDL. Most of the good gun laws here are the direct result of their actions. That's why the wife and I are life members, no other reason.

You could also just get the mails or read the newsletters on the website to see what proposed laws we are fighting and the laws we are trying to get passed. It doesn't take that long.

AZCDL is one of the groups that ACTUALLY gets stuff done.
Ask yourself why we enjoy such enlightened gun laws in AZ, the answer is AZCDL.
If you're not a member, you should be.

Since you seem to know so much:

Describe where AZCDL wasted money?
Can you say anything about AZCDL to back up what you say?
Give, even a close count of how many anti-gun bills AZCDL has failed to help kill in the past 3 sessions?
Do you know how the overreaching, illegal anti-gun law in Pima county was reversed?
Do you know who caused Sedona to rescind their anti-gun city ordinance?
Do you know how many other AZ cities have illegal anti-gun laws on their books that AZCDL is already fighting?
Are you registered for RTS and have you ever used it?
Can you name something else we should do so we don't turn into California, Colorado, Illinois or New York, besides join AZCDL?

And yes, you are pessimistic but sitting on your front porch yelling get off my lawn, never fixed anything. Perhaps if you asked before crucifying AZCDL, you wouldn't have to expect your crucifixion over your statement.

Better yet, why don't you join, increase the size by one, volunteer like everyone else at AZCDL, and help do something? Send me a PM and I will sign you up over the phone, don't even have to leave your porch.

Not offended, just had my meter PEGGED, almost cracked. Just looking for substantiation. You furnish what happened with AZCDL, I will commit to getting it fixed.

Everybody knows about the NRA problems, and the NRA has done nothing for Arizona 2A or A2 rights. If you can find any other organization that has done anything for Arizona firearms rights, let everyone know. Until then, how about not bashing the one organization, that actively does something, without legitimate reasons.
