Thinking the first guy with the gun waited too long to shoot. Knife guy was only a couple of feet from him at the end. From the comments knife guy had already killed 4 people and seriously injured two.
2nd gunman is the one who shot the suspect after he'd been shot by the first guy and was on the ground.

I'm not saying the final shooter did anything wrong,...just that here he would be prosecuted.

In the first response or two to that tweet is video of one of the knife attacks that led up to the shooting. Pretty horrifying. So the first shooter was flirting with that sort of attack(on himself) in his dance with the attacker across the round about. Just one reason not to dick around with a knife wielder.
