Picked up a S&W Schofield Model 3 that is need of some internal parts. If anyone know of anyone that works on them or has parts, please let me know. Thanks Charlie
good luck,most parts are like chicken teeth, most likely have to be hand made as when i had a unit that needed some love, ended up finding a guy in ohio who did the repair, will try and find his info, was about 7 years ago, so he may not be around as he was long in the tooth then
Land of the Buckeyes gun smith has since passed to pistol heaven, and his son has no idea of who may have continued his fathers work on the old iron.
ill continue to look for options.

I know this is an old thread, but if you're still looking for Schofield parts, Taylor & Company carry Uberti parts that might work. I used parts from their Russian model to repair an original S&W Russian. David Chicoine wrote a book about repairing old S&W's that if you're interesting in these old guns is worth finding a copy of. It's title is Gunsmithing - Guns of the Old West.
