The Antifa punk is in a Dora the explorer back back and tries to block a car. Oh yeah, he also has a aluminum bat in his pack he accidentally drops when he realised hes supposed to do this shit with others cause some people wont put up with you hitting their truck after blocking them.

Yes the guy in the truck probably went too far but would have driven away if the idiot didnt start hitting his truck. I think he thought the idiot took the bat to his door by the sound of things.

This was unjustified under the law. The use of force was not "immediately necessary" to prevent another's unjustified use of force; it was used to punish. The power to punish is reserved to the State, subject to due process. The use of force continued long past the time when it could be plausibly argued to be "immediately necessary."

Yet here I am, smiling, watching the video over and over, and grinning more each time.
