These pass the legality test. Hand cranks have been around for about 40 years and ATF has allowed them that entire time. The only thing new about this is that it is built into the grip, rather than being separately affixed to the trigger guard.

OH yeah, I hear ya'. I've shot twin-mounted 10/22's and of course a Gatlin pattern that was for rent at Ben Avery one year. The difference is, this is for an Evil Black Rifle. :dance:
