How in the butt F@CK are we expected to support this location?

Oh wait. Doesn’t matter as long as investments pay off for the right people.

Seriously…..how can this be allowed to happen?

By: Angela Gonzales, Phoenix Business Journal
BUCKEYE, AZ — The Howard Hughes Corp. (NYSE: HHC) has plopped down $600 million for the proposed 37,000-acre Douglas Ranch master-planned community in Buckeye.

The proposed development — 35 miles from downtown Phoenix on the west side of the White Tank Mountains — is expected to have 100,000 homes, 300,000 residents and 55 million square feet of commercial development.

A friend of mine is some higher level of facility management at one of the data centers in the southwest valley. They are all evap cooled. The amount of water they go through HOURLY was pretty staggering. It amounted to millions of gallons per day, IIRC. I'll send him a message to get a better number..

ETA, 36,000gph.

I have a roll around swamp cooler in my shop.
In the summer it uses 5 gallons or more an hour depending on the temp and humidity.
