To keep area residents “safe” from the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19), police in Melbourne, Australia, are reportedly now breaking into homes and smashing car windows without permission or warrant in order to perform so-called “spot checks” on potential violators of the region’s draconian new lockdown rules.

With some of the strictest “stay at home” orders in the world, Melbourne, Australia’s second largest city, has become a full-fledged medical police state virtually overnight. Locals are no longer allowed to even leave their homes after dark without fear of persecution by the police, which have been given radical new police-state powers to keep everyone in check.

After local politicians recently declared Melbourne to be in a “state of disaster” due to the plandemic, the hammer quickly dropped on the public’s ability to live, work and play. A curfew is now in place between 8:00 pm and 5:00 am, and people are only allowed to leave their houses for “work and essential health, care or safety reasons.”

During non-curfew hours, Melbourne residents have been given permission by the government to shop for food or other “essential” items, as well as to receive or give care to others, exercise or work. But under no other circumstances are people allowed to leave their homes – and if they do, they could be raided by police or have their personal property destroyed.

New rules passing in the Australian state of Victoria could see “conspiracy theorists” and those “suspected by health authorities of being likely to spread the virus” detained in quarantine centres, according to The Age

The rules are amendments being added to the Omnibus (Emergency Measures) Bill, which was first passed back in April.

The proposed detention would last “for the period reasonably necessary to eliminate or reduce a serious risk to public health”.

To translate that from bureaucrat into English: it means as for long as they want, or can get away with.

New York City is ramping up the New World Order police state. The city now has “mask patrol” that will fine those who disobey the NWO order commands to mask up.

Apparently, 9 ZIP codes in New York City are seeing a spike in new COVID-19 cases. Because of this, NYC mayor comrade Bill de Blasio says he will use the “Trace Corps” to punish anyone who won’t comply with their own enslavement and wear a face mask.

De Blasio says this campaign to catch people and fine them if they don’t wear a mask will be rolled out “aggressively.”

“That will happen aggressively. Clearly, our goal, of course, is to give everyone a free face mask and get them to wear it,” de Blasio said.

The mayor announced during a Tuesday morning briefing that there will be a lot more community outreach in those areas including hundreds of so-called Trace Corps members and hundreds of additional city agency workers in the neighborhoods. Patrols will start issuing fines to people who refuse to wear masks even after being offered a free mask and a warning that not wearing it will result in a fine.
