Curious when the military started DNA everybody (year escapes me) , to make ID easier. Add in those people who pay money to have their family history read, it is growing in many ways, database I mean. An arrest equals dna test true?

These kinds of things often start with either the military or with prisoners... the public usually doesn't get upset when it becomes mandatory with these groups... then after a few years it is rolled out for other groups until one day it is just another accepted thing to deal with...
