During the Obama shortages I gave up on AJI as their ammo prices were best described as profiteer levels of price.

that's kinda how capitalism and free markets work...businesses are there to MAKE money...Jeff and the family are good people, but breaking even would force them out of business

s*** is crazy, i have been watching a consignment shotgun at Guns Plus in Surprise and stopped in today. At 2 months on the rack I usually make an offer beneficial to me, yes sorry I like to save a dime, on something I want and am watching, this 30" remington SxS I have had my eye on fit that bill.

Anyhow was like a 45 minute wait to start negotiations and another 45 to 60 to complete the paperwork and purchase. While rarely empty the place was packed.

There were some very strange people in there though the proprietors and help were pleasant though busy. I generally like going there. Its like a Randall's in some senses though definitly I go to Randalls for reload advice.

Anyhow got my toy, found out they are down to 1-2 boxes ammo per purchase depending on type, walls and cabinets are slim and on the downside Lynn, a long time employee and semi friend died this week.

Interesting times.

Lobo, sorry to hear about the loss of your friend, Lynn.

Limits on toilet paper, milk and ammo....we are practicing for the not too distant future socialist takeover comrades.
Glad I took advantage of the decent pricing we have had over the past couple of years for ammo and guns. I applaud the freedom of choice we have had in our capitalist nation and do not begrudge those who charge what they charge.

If it happens, it'll be after the bloodiest civil war in United States history.

I was in there to pick up a transfer form - wackadoodle - shelves empty of everything. Hope folks are getting some training.

Just like at my work. People lined up outside the doors for tp an hour and a half early. Sad thing is there’s only like 6 packages. I haven’t been out buying ammo but imagine it kinda the same.
