AIWB Carry

I think this has been posted before, but is a good reminder of why I will never IWB carry a firearm without multiple safety's or a DA/SA system.

Ouch. Is there anymore on what caused it? Part of his shirt get caught inside the holster?

That's what it looks like after watching the video a few times, looks like he was fidgeting with getting the firearm in the holster.

I have taken to carrying appendix more and more. Especially during the winter but I have swung all my handgun ownership over to DA only or DA/SA. These are the guns I had learned on anyway so they are most comfortable for me.
