Aimpoint enters reflex sight market

Surprised it took this long and I bet it will be expensive. Tested with over 20K rounds of 40 on a slide without failing the RMR may get knocked down a notch or two.

I would have to echo this statement. I don't find this one appealing.

Comparing it to its competition:

Trijicon RMR (L, W, H)--1.8, 1.1, 1

Aimpoint P1 (L, W, H)--1.2, 1.2, 1.9

Not much difference other than the Aimpoint has a bigger sighting window

This is the same optic that's on the B&T USW, I have heard good things from the few owners I have talked with.

An inch difference in height is huge.

That AimPoint is just way to big. Look at a couple of pictures of both mounted to a pistol, that is when the size difference is easy to see. I will stick with my RMR's.

Depending on price I'd considered it for an sbr/braced.
