I ordered 2 cases...1 came in, the other is lost via ups. I emailed bereli and they said they have to wait 14 business days before opening a claim on my behalf or I could open myself. I just opened a claim with ups. Sh!tty part is I'll probably just get my original amount back and the price is up $50 now and out of stock
