And the hits just keep coming. Haven't read the whole decision to see if there are any good nuggets in there that might extend to other cases or issues.

Let's not forget that it was Trump's idea.

I'll support him; I'll advocate for him; I'll vote for him; but I won't trust him. He is certainly a million times better than any of the Pro-Slavery Party. If it had been up to Biden's puppetmasters, they would have stacked the Supreme Court (Merrick Garland, anybody?) and made the ban permanent.

Meanwhile, I can't forget that it was Trump who championed Fauci, and by the way, where's that goddamn wall you promised?

As for the three dissenters, if they were intellectually honest, they would have said, "I wish that Congress' definition of machine gun included bump stocks, but it does not. So, I rule that this administrative ban is unconstitutional, but I encourage Congress to change the definition." But they are not intellectually honest, are they?

I've got a stiffy!!

My first thought is that this also portends well for all the trigger thingys like the Wide-Open-Trigger, FRT and Hoffman Tactical's Super Safety.

Preach!

We have one advantage today.

When this was going on I expressed my dismay but cut Trump some slack because I said he doesn't know his arse from a hockey stick about guns. He listened to his "trusted advisors".

Now he knows better than to trust any of them on any subject. I hope him and his successor learned well because it will take more than one 4 years term to fix the pile of crap we're in, especially considering the opposition Trump will get.
