So apparently this guy has on a fairly regular basis stepped out into his front yard and blasted away with his rifle in the past and the local cops knew about it and nothing has ever been done about it.

Interesting.

But on top of that, how stupid can you be to go confronting your drunk, ornery, unstable neighbor blasting away in his yard while unarmed yourself and start losing your cool and antagonizing the guy. Sure, you would be entirely within the right morally,...but tactically,...stupid.

Obviously I'm not saying they brought it on themselves,...but neither did they act smartly.

Libtard land of Harris County. Revolving door soros DA.

ETA liberty County not Harris. Checking on the DA.

ETA, Jennifer Bergman is the DA. A tough on crime republican. Wondering why the police didn't charge this guy. His property is one Acre. You need 10 to shoot in most counties in Texas. You would also think a multitude reoffender of such things would atleast have his background ran which should have flagged him.

Another topic not brought up is that the victims were Hondurans and there is known dislike among them and people from Mexico. As well the shooter is a five time deported illegal.

I'm reading elsewhere that he was deported 5 times in the past. Fascinating that someone who is an illegal alien - previously deported 5 times, can have the police called on them for firing a gun in their back yard (in the city) =- and yet nothing happens.

I've said repeatedly that the problem with ILLEGAL aliens in the "ILLEGAL" LEGAL immigrants are a good thing. ILLEGAL immigration brings in a different strain of people - people who are willing to break the law to get what they want. When you hear people suggesting that there is no difference - set them straight.

Not allowed to even think about one's immigration status in libtard land.

Just fir reference this is part of Houston where Shelia Jackson Lee will probably be the next mayor.

CAUGHT

Authorities arrested the man believed to be responsible for the killing of five people, including an eight-year-old boy in Cleveland, Texas, Friday, NBC News reported late Tuesday.

San Jacinto County District Attorney Todd Dillon said a man believed to be Francisco Oropesa, 38, was arrested in Cut and Shoot, Texas, according to NBC. Police are still waiting to confirm the identity of the individual, who was put in Montgomery County Jail and charged with first-degree murder.

Oropesa, an illegal immigrant from Mexico who had an extensive record with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), allegedly shot his neighbors, Sonia Argentina Guzman, 25; Daniel Enrique Laso Guzman, 8; Diana Velazquez Alvarado, 21; Julisa Molina Rivera, 31 and Jose Jonathan Casarez, 18, in an “execution style” killing.

There has been an arrest warrant out on the guy since 2020 I believe. Per the sheriff who's deputies have had multiple contacts with him fir shooting on his property.

5 million dollar bond. Hopefully liberty County will go for lethal injection. If it was in Harris County they wouldn't. The Harris County DA still won't release the grand jury results on the taco restaurant shooting. Some fear they are grand jury shopping.

If I come across on I will. The sherriff mentioned it in an on air news briefing. I believe it was a domestic violence warrant.

Punishment should be death by firing-squad. Five AR-15's, one for each victim this p.o.s. left in his wake....

On Wednesday, Tim Kean, the chief deputy of the San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Office, said “several arrests” had been made in the case and more were expected.

Besides Mr. Oropesa, those arrested include the woman described as his wife, Divimara Nava, 52, according a spokeswoman for the county sheriff’s office.

Sheriff Capers declined to say on Tuesday who owned the house where Mr. Oropesa was found, which is near the town of Cut and Shoot. Property records indicated that the house belonged to one of his relatives.

“Somebody got a tip,” Sheriff Capers said in a Tuesday night news conference. Then tactical officers from several agencies “meandered over there and found that tip to be true.” He said Mr. Oropesa did not resist arrest."

Think I'll mosey on over to Cut and Shoot and meander on down to the Oropesa spread.........
