I reload it and as far as it being worth it is really up to the individual. I don't shoot a ton of .380 so I tend to load up a batch of it now and then. It is an easy decision for me as I already have the equipment and components, I load it on my Dillon 550 to make things easy. loading it on the 550 means I don't have to handle the small cases much. Once it goes in the shellplate I get a loaded round. If I had to load it on a single stage I would probably not bother. If I had to "tool up" and gather components I probably wouldn't expend the effort for the amount of .380 I shoot.
