4 years ago, I didn't think I'd ever see .22 at less than $25 a brick...(a 500 round brick, not this 325/333 count bamboozlery.)

Glad to see it available and priced reasonably.

Now if these fires and fire restrictions would just GTFO

I bought cheap and stacked deep so that when the last panic hit, it didn't affect me. Now that it's inexpensive again, I'm doing the same thing. When the next panic hits, I'll still be shooting.

I bought several dozen at $18 for 500 rounds and kept them on hand. It took a while, but my kids burned through them during the panic. I haven’t been able to find anywhere local with decent priced bricks, although I did stumble across a deal in Walmart in MT last summer and picked up 1k rounds.

Watch the Cabela's fliers, every once in a while they have decent prices as well.

I think I saw on the gun deals app it was $18 a brick, shipped.
I found if the price is right, academy will ship free over $25, that’s not a high limit.
Also I’ve done a lot at targetsportsusa.com ships free with a two case order, usually 900-1000 rounds.

Use code m3p for $90.38 shipped, that’s .04 a round

Guess I should started off the deals section with this.

I have been buying 1,400 round buckets of Remington Golden Bullet ammo when I see it for $89-99 a bucket. Still can't find cases of Minimags yet.

It’s like most things... supply and demand. I too am glad most ammo has come back down to reasonable pricing.

Walmart has the 500 round federal bricks for $20?

Yes. They lowered the federal 550 bricks to $19.97 a few months ago. They are still at that price last I saw.

I hit the jackpot several years ago at a Walmart in Utah while visiting my brother. Turns out that if you want to purchase ammo in Utah you show up on Sunday morning! Only person to show up and cleaned them out of the Winchester M22 1000 Round boxes. I typically have been purchasing lately also just to keep stocked up. Made the mistake of letting my son figure out what the funky contraption I purchased at the NRAAM in 2017 was a 22 speedloader for the 15-22 magazines. Been burning through it like crazy now.

yep, one can never have too much .22, buy when you can stash and shoot on and on and aon, whilst others whine about how not having any or not having planned better. just saying

I never thought 22 RF would get as reasonable as being under 20 bucks a brick again. After the great rimfire ammo drought we've had the last several years, I've pretty much gotten away from using 22 RF except for pest control. I guess I can get back to using it for plinking fun again.
