I had a guy in Cali buy a Beretta from me a few years back. The way he played it was I took the gun to the FFL, and they called him from their number to tell him it was in their hands while I was still there. He cross referenced the number that they were calling from to the one on their website, and if it matched (which of course it did), he immediately sent payment via discreet PayPal. The FFL had a tracking number for him by the end of the day, and everybody was happy.

Yes I saw that ad as well as others like a gen 5 glock for $250. Those ads that have prices that are ridiculous low just make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up

With some of the prices I've been seeing lately, I wouldn't be surprised if the $500 Glocks were scams. :lol:

Cell-phone apps, and geezers. Yeah, them old-timers are pretty swift with their whiz-bang electronic gadgets, LOL.

I'm trying to sell a vehicle right now, and that electronic title crap the state has created is for-the-birds. Going forward, when you buy a vehicle from a dealer you should INSIST they file for paper-title with your deal. Otherwise, they won't bother and just e-file. Old-school paper keeps things simple and easy on YOU when you go to sell, just as it's always been.
