just got mine in the mail- 9mm carbines are great- I've got a marlin from the 80's wood and this ones plastic- not sure how i feel about the look and feel of this one-
feels cheapish but ill know more tomorrow when i put a few hundred rounds thru it

anyone here buy one? thoughts?

I bought one just to try..... It works just fine with the Glock mag insert.... The trigger could use a little help... It's a bit heavy compared to other's... I added the Taccom muzzle break and their "big button" mag release.... (the included "long lever" mag release doesn't work for me, binds up). Added the Sightmark Wolverine red dot for trial ( Don't like looking thru a tube, probably won't keep). Not a bad gun at all, especially for casual use..... I have a Taccom aluminum shrouded 9mm AR for competition use, lighter, points quicker)...

Wish this had come out about 10 years ago. Would have saved me a lot of money that was spent on putting together and tuning 9MM ARs. I still may pick one up anyway.

Some of the things that appeal to me:
-Affordable price. As low as $500 from what I’ve seen online
-Breaks down for easy transport. I travel quite a bit by car.
-Compatible with both Ruger and Glock mags. Someone at Ruger was really on the ball when they came up with the Glock mag adapter.

Let us know how they shoot. I may need to start digging around the couch and my wife’s purse for some spare change.

Pretty legit carbine.

Had a chance to run one up at Kingman Range Days a few weekends ago.

Still unsure if I want to swap my KT Sub2K for one - sure, the KT is built like a plastic army man, but I find it charming in a 'never know when it's gonna break on you' sort of way.

Full disclosure - haven't had any breakages or malfs

i took this thing out yesterday and shot a few mags thru it.
my honest opinion: if you can get one cheap enough, buy it- but im not sold on it. i have a1980's marlin camp nine that shoots better and feels more like a real carbine-
but its a decent gun- doesn't feel cheap, feels like its got quality in it.
a little lighter than id prefer.

I want one but I'm waiting to see if houge or magpul come up with a better stock for it
