? re: AR/.223 blast diverter

Discuss rifles, carbines, and other long-arms here (AR-15's, AK's, etc...)

Any experience with these? Not flash suppressors, but those designs to direct the sound and concussion forward and away from you. Recommendations? Gracias' :)

I have a surefire warcomp and warden. Like it, but not cheap!
Went that route cause the warcomp is pinned and welded, and I wanted the versatility of bare comp, warden, or possibility of a SF can in the future.
If all you're looking for is concussion reduction, there are much cheaper options.
Plus, try finding a warcomp right now...

OK, I just searched those that you two mentioned. Clearly they are both 'compensators'. Since I don't compete, and .223 is not a bruiser.....I don't need the comp function. Looking toward directing blast forward and downrange to helps save the aging ears. I've read of a KAK (?)product and a Troy Claymore as being both good, and a good-value. Any others in this genre?

My own personal favorite:

muzzle brake / compensator / flash hider All in one. Cant say I run anything special on the 5.56s but on the 308s for sure.
