Where to demo

I am in the market for a nice O/U shotgun for sporting clays.

I would like to demo some guns, has anyone been able to demo shotguns here in Phoenix?

I see you could go to one of the big shoots , like at the shooting complex in San Antonio, but that seems like a big expense.

The sporting clays range at Ben Avery is pretty excellent and I understand that there are some high end shooters there. You might want to stop in there and start a conversation with some of the coaches.

yep, what he said, hit up the office and check in with the folks there, might even entertain joining a group on a shoot, whilst some wont allow you to handle their gat, others will, lot to consider on sporting clays, BA has one of the best SC courses around, and a hoot to shoot.
good luck, and report back the avenue and reason of selection, always like to hear the process and reasons.
