M1 carbine stock

#1

Post by Feal »

I’ve had a sporterized m1 carbine for a while - I didn’t know any better when I got it, so it never really fit the standard stocks

I came across an old new stock royal arms stock- does anyone have experience/tips on drilling into it and what buttplate to use?

You can pm me if you don’t want to admit to sporterizing an m1 carbine.

Need recommendation on what to use to stain and seal the stock. What buttplate/recoil pad to use and how to fit the recoil plate and threaded insert
