Not sure if this Philly or where,...but once he has to fire on the dude coming in his window, and apparently knowing he needs to wait for the cops to tell his side of things, driver disembarks with an extendo mag in his pistol and seems to declare he now owns this intersection and intends to hold it.

I see from the Arizona plates that this was local, although I don't know exactly where or when.

But lesson learned here would seem to be,...don't chase after a gunman with just pepper spray. And that it is possible to dodge someone trying to run you down with their truck in an open parking lot.

The gunman who sparked the shooting was identified as a 24-year-old man, who was arrested after he turned up at a hospital with non-life-threatening wounds, police said.

So, approximately two dozen rounds fired, but only non-incapacitating wounds. Sights? We don't go to use no steenking sights!
