I know reading is difficult and just answering a simple question is hard but damn, You do realize that all that was asked is for a gunsmith. Are you one? Are you a machinist? No? Guys that do this work, of which I am one, need details. There is a world of difference, and more labor cutting an existing 30-06 chamber to .300 Win Mag, than simply plunging a .223 reamer into an existing .222 and setting headspace. Most folks here assumed the OP wanted a rifle barrel altered. Some details were missing.
