Gemtech HALO on a bolt-action?
My HALO dirties up the inside of my AR because of suppressor blowback. I am sure everyone that uses one knows this. My question: can I mount the HALO .223 on a bolt-action?

No reason you can't. You just need to have the correct muzzle adapter on the bolt action rifle.

It is a Gemtech HALO with the mount for an A2 Flash Hider. Believe it or not, Gemtech won't even give me a straight answer if the HALO can go on a bolt-action.

I have a Gemtech HALO that I've used on several bolt actions before with both a VLTOR VC-1 and a PWS FSC556.

Re: Gemtech HALO on a bolt-action?
Thank you. Was worried about the pressure that comes back into a gas system. I assume with a bolt action there is no where else to go except out the front. Was peculiar that Gemtech wouldn't give me a straight answer.
