A couple of white supremacists wearing Trump hats pulled the trigger and said "This is MAGA country."

Re: Baldwin says he didn't pull the trigger
Since it was a single action 1873 clone, I guess he didn't cock the hammer either.
His only possible defense is saying the gun malfunctioned, so he's lying and going that way.

Re: Baldwin says he didn't pull the trigger
Everybody on this forum and any semi competent firearms enthusiast knows this is an outright blatant lie. He's just trying to cover his tracks and the holly wood machine will cover this up like it never happened. A part of me is honestly surprised they haven't been using any NRA certified range masters/instructors/RSO's but the side of me that sees how holly wood is towards the NRA and gun industry isn't at all surprised. Hopefully people in holly wood see what happened and maybe a few of them will learn and get some NRA certified range masters/instructors/RSO's out to supervise but I unfortunately think they are just going to use fake guns.

Re: Baldwin says he didn't pull the trigger
The thing is, there are so many people clueless about firearms, that many (most?) people will actually believe it. I was just watching Outnumbered on Fox News, and one of the geniuses asked "Why wasn't the safety on, huh?" Everybody nodded as if that were not an outrageously stupid question. So, he may actually get with his BS story.
Re: Baldwin says he didn't pull the trigger
He loves fame and fortune above all else.
Being a gun hater one would think his high morals would not allow him to participate in any movie/TV show that used them.
Nope money is much more important to this two faced liar/murderer

If it was a single action .
He not only pulled the trigger , but pulled the hammer back first.

Re: Baldwin says he didn't pull the trigger
He admitted to pulling the hammer back "just before it cocked" and letting it go!
Re: Baldwin says he didn't pull the trigger
And if it was a normal SAA clone, the half cock or safety notch would have stopped the hammer.
If it was a Uberti, the hammer block would have.
Either way, it's a BS story.
