If you've ever done any volunteer work at any of the soup kitchens downtown, that's essentially right where they are, so it makes sense.

I've previously volunteered at Andre House, just right around the corner from there, whipping up grub for folks. It was many years ago, but they're still in the same location.

A lot of of them are physically disabled persons who can't easily travel very far, so there's always a contingent of folks who never stray too far from the food source.

However, if/when Antifa decides they need to recruit paid cannon fodder to act out as foot soldiers for demonstrations, that will be the epicenter of their efforts. We witnessed it in Portland and Seattle.
