This company SUCKS. The last 3 going on 4 weeks, I have nothing but issues with my internet and phone line. Everyday part of the morning, early afternoon, and sometimes late evening I lose my internet and phone line for a total of 4-7 hours a day. Worse in the afternoon I lose about 3-4 hours. I have called Mediacom about 7 times and all I get is Bull Shit. They sent a tech out 2 different times and was told maintenance will be out to fix the problem. At the end I was told that maintenance is back up 30 days and no set date to come out. I told her shove it and cancel the service. Plus they had the nerve to sent out a bill with an increase, Really. No wonder they have a 2 star rating as I was shopping for a new provider.
