Who carries a 1911?

I wouldn't expect a 1911 would be hard to carry since it is a single stack. Is the SR1911 still considered a good option these days? (haven't researched it for a couple years)

I recently got mine back. Still love it. 2000 rounds down her and the only failures were during the first two magazines.

I need to get moving on one of those. I have wanted one since they came out but something else on my “want list” always wins out when its time to make a purchase. I will make it happen this year if we survive COVID :roll:

I do, 3", 4", 4.25, once in awhile a 5" 9mm and 45. But really like 357sig and 10mm but to much liability to carry those rounds.
