What's a good dump pouch for belts that's made in the USA?

Ats tactical and eagle industries both make a dump pouch that is all made in USA.

I have neither, but have other gear from each and they are solid. Both of them mentioned have an inner “lip” that can be cinched to keep stuff from bouncing out. I have a different brand with the cinch lip and one without and the without one just doesn’t work as well.
