So with all the recounting, investigations, affadavits, etc. what IF they found that Trump really won?

What would the process be? Would/could Jobama and Kuntmala be removed and Trump re-instated?

Is there even Constitutional precedent for something like this?

I realize that this would be a LONG long shot, but have been wondering what if it happened.

Hard to say, but if they find Biden didn't win, they can't leave him in office, so I would imagine Trump would be in.

If they had proof that Trump actually won, I think that he should be in office. Also, they should instantly reverse all of Biden's executive orders. I don't think that would actually happen though since I'm not aware of any law addressing this kind of situation.

On one hand, I think that congress should pass a law addressing this for the future, and on the other hand, I think the Dems would just start doing the election fraud after the elections if such a law existed. It doesn't seem like there's a good solution other than making all of the cheating harder. And maybe making anything related to vote tampering punishable by firing squad. Let's call it what it is... Treason.

I haven't been following closely, but I seem to recall both Pennsylvania, and Georgia were also highly suspect in the shenanigans.

The vote count was certified. The election is over. Besides, the “audit” is such a joke that it’s not going to change a thing. The people who are convinced there was coordinated fraud will still be convinced it happened. The ones who are convinced it didn’t happen will still be convinced it didn’t. The President is not elected by us common people.
The electoral college selects the president and it can follow the choice of the voters or it can choose otherwise.

The recount is another dog and pony show to keep the interested commoners preoccupied so they do not notice the other misdeeds of the politicians.

If the recount found enough fraud to change the results, it would make a good news story, but nothing would change; Biden would still be POTUS.

The only opportunity the voters had passed when SCOTUS refused to hear any cases concerning fraud.

For the second straight day watching MSNBC's evening lineup I've noticed several people, who are usually details oriented people, referring to the office of Speaker as "third in line" to the Presidency. Has the law changed recently and I haven't heard about it or has the English language seen a seismic shift in the meaning of the word "third"? If it is neither, then the Speaker of the House is second in line to the Presidency, not third. I love Rachel and her show, but she's made the mistake at least twice in the last two nights. Two journalists have also made the mistake. It is not that difficult of a concept.
