Couple nice grilled ribeyes and corn on the cob for dinner. I’m envious of you guys with a smoker. I usually don’t have time to babysit one of those, but it sure would come in handy now that I have more free time.
 
Man, forgot about the smoker! With all of this time it would be a good idea to try some longer smokes of meat. Will have to check out a few recipes...

Just did spiral sliced ham for Easter, nothing special.
 
Easter did a roast and fixin's in the crockpot.
Had some leftovers tonight.
I think it's better as leftovers.
 
Friday night, made Bacon Explosion for a couple of friends.
After I got it all prepped, one them says "Oh, btw, I am lactose intolerant and can't eat cheese." Whatever. I made a smaller one for him, without cheese. (Looks like a bacon turd, but with much tastier ingredients.)

Haven't started yet but I will in an hour, ribs that have been marinating in a chipotle rub for 2 days.
