You would think anyone living here would have the common sense if you have a dog door to have one that needs the collar sensor to open. If you're stupid enough to have a regular dog door you deserve whatever happens.

That kitty would be real pissed to find what is on the other side of my dog door. I had to reframe the wall to accept the opening between studs...

More info is needed. What would the Bobcat find on the other side?

Aside from the homeowner?

3 Rottweilers. 2 of which are males in 140lb range, and a female around 95.

A 30lb bobcat doesn't stand a chance if the dogs are bent on finishing it.

You would have quite a vet bill getting the pups stitched up though.

The kitty would not need much if it managed to get back out the door.

The dog got torn up. Check out the photos.

That's for sure. Never under estimate the damage a good sized cat will do to a much bigger dog. Comparative weight goes out the window when that's the case.

Bobcats tend to have a unique way the fight dogs. I’ve seen them end up on their back.
That gives them 20 sharp claws and a mouthful of teeth. When the dog goes for it. The cat will shred your dogs guts open.

Just shoot it

And that's why you wear your gun even in the house,....
