These are not anywhere close in quality of the PPK/S in 380.
Sportsmans had these on sale awhile back.
I went in and looked at them.
The fit and finish was not very good .
They looked like they were made out of pot metal.
I have seen cap guns that were made in the 50's and 60's that looked better than the new Walther PPK/S 22.

I have a few of the old Interarms PPK/S pistols and wouldn't trade any one of them for any two of the ones being made today.

Well, after reading BT's scathing review, I almost fee obligated to profess that I own one and I absolutely love it. Fit and Finish is more than acceptable. I've have owned a PPKS in .380 and found it to be a kicker for a .380 and quite heavy comparatively speaking to other .380's. It is, as stated, a little finicky with cheap .22 ammo. Therefore, I only shoot good .22 ammo and the problem is solved. On a scale of 1-10, for a .22 plinker, I would give it an 8 1/2.

I picked up the SS model from Sportsman's. It is my favorite 22 pistol. I have a couple 22/45's and an SR22, the PPK is easily the most reliable. The double action trigger is atrocious but you can pull the hammer back and go single action which is great. Another plus is they just need a cheap adapter to enable you to thread a can on. Minus, the sights are tiny.
