She did mention that early in the video. She specifically mentioned how the FBI has a history of protecting the elite and not enforcing the law.
She also specifically stated that there are two legal systems, the one for the common person and the one for the elite. She slams the FBI in both scenarios/ situations.

Do not dismiss this video just because she was speaking about the current example, she was calling for the complete elimination of the FBI and other alphabet organizations and replacing them with people who have integrity. She wants to fire ALL of them and start new from the ground up.
