As much as I may agree and they should be prosecuted as such for the things being instigated during the riots, what about BLM, BP,ELF, Greenpeace, and a whole host of other left-wing agitator orgs. What about the real money -funding instigators and icons like Alinsky or Soros- how about desinating them terorist leaders also?
Does this mean the man will start hunting them down with drone strikes? or go back thru the protest videos to ID them and do a few mass arrests? How many "new" members will be "found" and arrested on terrorism charges? Will this become a normal news headline?
This also sets a precedence where the next guy may do the same for 'main street militias'... Guess any rights anyone has, will soon no longer apply... just another slippery slope coming down the pike.

I was just talking to the GF about this.

Her question was "what will the National Guard guys do if they are attacked?" I guess this answered that question. A little more of this and riots would cease. There would be more protests, but I bet the attacks would diminish quite a bit.
